Dr. Johnny Eluka teaches a broad spectrum of undergraduate courses in Business Administration, such as Small Business Management, Human Resources Management, Business Law, Principles of Marketing, Principles of Management, and Organizational Development, for the regular day, and mature evening (CAPE) students. Prior to joining the university, Dr. Eluka worked for the United Nations, and was a Cabinet Minister with the Nigerian Government.

A man of simple taste, Dr. Eluka has made numerous contributions in professional journals and presently writing two books he hopes to finish by Dec. 2006: Management in a Developing Economy: Principles & Practice; and Understanding Human Resource Management: Concepts and Practice.
