To carry-out my R&D  funded photovoltaic program, I am looking for Students (including electrical engineers), who wish

to prepare a Mater Degree and possibly a Ph.D.

 

The student will be advised in one of the neighboring universities: NC State University or NC Central University.

Profile:  1.  B.S. in Physics, E.E., or any Science Major with at least 5 to 6 physics courses: the 3 General Physics courses

                  and at least 2 advanced physics courses (Quantum Mechanics, Solid Sate Physics, Crystallography,

                  Semiconductors, ...)

             2.  The following are considered significant plus:

                       - Knowledge on photovoltaic,

                       - Earned Credits on semiconductor devices (particularly optoelectronic devices),

                       - Electronic Circuits

                       - Experience in the design of  Electrical Systems, and

                       - Scientific computer software (such as Labview, Testpoint, or similar).
