1. Provide students the foundation
necessary to embark on a study and practice of Human Resources Management.
2. Help students understand both
theory and practice of Human Resources Management.
3. Help students understand Human
Resources Management terminology via study of definition of key terms and
concepts.
4. Understand the various functions of
Human Resources Management.
5. Recognize and understand the
significance of Human Resources Management to the total organization.
